What year did you start tattooing: 2003-01-01
Do you have any special training: I started drawing and painting pretty early on. As I took my work more seriously I experimented with watercolor, ink, acrylic and oil painting.
Conventions usually worked: New York, Philly, Baltimore, Berlin, and Costa Rica
Where did you apprentice?: I apprenticed at Studio Dep under Willham Paredes. Though he was my friend, it still was a hard apprenticeship. I’m glad I went through it. I use what I’ve learned everyday. So I am very thankful. At the time I thought that my art background gave me a real edge on tattooing but it was quite the opposite. I had no idea how easy it was to learn to tattoo but how unbelievably hard it was to be good at tattooing.
